😋 Served by Madeleine a lovely girl & her young colleague with long blond hair. Both girls were terrific with their recommendations & I also ended up buying 2 candles & incense sticks which are fantastic quality !

So I saw an insta reel and wanted to visit . Was so relieved when I saw it is in Hertford! We had the lovely Andrianna serving us. Moved a parasol for us explained the menu and concept. Showed us products. The vibe and customer service is superb. BEST coffee!!!! The loveky barista sorry i didnt catch your name also so friendly and knowledgeable. The Flapjack and Almond croissant were delicious so fresh and full of flavour. We will certainly be returning and exploring the products next time in more depth. Thoroughly recommend.

I can’t recommend Gary highly enough. From the moment we met, he made me feel completely at ease. He is incredibly knowledgeable and has clearly researched everything in great depth. It was such a pleasure to sit and chat with him, and he explained everything in a way that was easy to understand and never overwhelming. He really was a breath of fresh air.

I’ve received my personalised recommendations by email the same day and after taking some time to read through them I’m genuinely excited to implement the changes and see the progress over the coming months.

This morning I visited Soul Seed for a nutritional consultation and WOW!!!

Probably for the first time ever, someone has looked at me as a whole person, not a diagnosis of this or this, but actually listened to my lived experience and what I go through living with Chronic Illness.

We covered everything, gut health, daily habits, supplements, chronic health challenges and what’s actually going on beneath the surface of my health.

But what was really great was how there was no quick fixes promised or cures. There was absolutely no judgement but reasssurance that I was doing the best with the knowledge I had. Just real, science based, personalised support and a plan that actually feels achievable.

After our consultation I had the most wonderful chat with Sara downstairs in the coffee shop hub and again felt seen, supported and so welcome (I actually asked when I could move in 🤪😂).

For anyone navigating chronic illness, fatigue, autoimmune issues or just wanting to feel better in their body, this kind of support is priceless and I wish it hadn't taken me until now to go.

Highly recommend booking in with Gary and popping in to see Sara, the energy, the people, the space… just beautiful and a wonderful nurturing, community space.

Great spot with fresh dishes.

Not sure what coffee they use but its by far the best in Town.

I was very nervous meeting up with Gary but he quickly put me at ease , he was incredibly informative and helpful but in a way I could understand. He listened and was patient with me explaining things as we went along.
He gave me information to go away with, read up on and take in , he is emailing me more information to support and help my changes , we will meet up again in about 6 weeks to help me to be able to continue all what we have discussed and what we need to change or add in.

Great environment, amazing staff, always a pleasure to go here and feel relaxed.

Brilliant consultation with Gary and I left feeling really inspired to start looking after myself in a healthier way. Enjoyed a delicious harissa and coconut soup and the atmosphere there was amazing, got chatting to some of the other customers and the staff are lovely.

Amazing people, food, coffee, and service. We were in a rush and were driving through. They made sandwiches quickly for us to go and told us about the area. She told us they didn’t melt the cheese because we didn’t have time to wait for it to be ready, but honestly, it was fantastic. We are going back as soon as we can, this time we won’t be in a rush! Thank you again for being so accommodating and kind.
