my favourite place ever to stop off for a proper hot drink :) I recently had a consultation with Gary to support some things that I was confused about within in my body, but also my mental relationship with food was effecting this massively.. It was very healing in many ways. I have seen a vast amount of progress with just over a week!! :) I always recommend these guys to family and friends, the wisdom, honesty, care and love they have is very much needed in this space and they hold so much of it x

Have been visiting the soulseed cafe for several months and is always welcoming and a calming atmosphere.
I finally persuaded a friend to go for an assessment with Gary to help manage her cancer.
Gary is passionate and knowledgeable with regards to diet and how we should treat our bodies. and clearly spends a lot of time researching before passing on any advice. He also passes on details to further your own research.
Assessment is not rushed and felt very positive with the information and advice that Gary passed on.
We will continue to visit the cafe.

Yesterday we went to Soulseed for a Health Consultation.
Thank you 🙏🏽 We learnt so much, Gary and Sara are friendly and approachable and full of knowledge. The Cafe is always welcoming and a nice space to spend time.

1 million percent recommend soul seed!!!

Gary and Sara have been the most welcoming, caring and supportive people I can say I have ever met.

They have always gone above and beyond to try and help me with my severe stage 4 endometriosis and adenomysis diagnosis. Gary went off in his own time and researched into my condition and then relayed back to me ways that he could help me. Sara has always been my rock to give me untold amounts of advice and products to help ease my pain. I am a 26 year old with such crippling pain that my quality of life was so poor until I met them. The amounts of painkillers I’ve been pumped with over the years that have never taken away my pain, and they give me one type of CBD that eases my pain within 20 minutes…unbelievable.

Now, thanks to them I am on a special healing journey to try and get my body as healthy as can be. So that I can become a better version of myself.
